Parent/Student Request for Technology Assistance


 

Parents, please note the following so that the district can provide timely and targeted support:
  • If your child is having issues with their Chromebook, please either contact their school to schedule a time to replace it or complete the Chromebook Request Form in your Parent Portal account.  
  • If you have never received a Chromebook from the district and you would like to request one, please complete the Chromebook Request Form in your Parent Portal account.
  • If you need a hotspot for wifi at home, please contact your child's school.
  • If you need assistance setting up your Parent Portal account, please either contact the school directly or email genesismail@hillsidek12.net
  • If you need assistance with Canvas passwords, please contact your child's school or teacher.
  • For assistance with Google passwords, please email genesismail@hillsidek12.net.
