Parents, please note the following so that the district can provide timely and targeted support:
- If your child is having issues with their Chromebook, please either contact their school to schedule a time to replace it or complete the Chromebook Request Form in your Parent Portal account.
- If you have never received a Chromebook from the district and you would like to request one, please complete the Chromebook Request Form in your Parent Portal account.
- If you need a hotspot for wifi at home, please contact your child's school.
- If you need assistance setting up your Parent Portal account, please either contact the school directly or email firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you need assistance with Canvas passwords, please contact your child's school or teacher.
- For assistance with Google passwords, please email email@example.com.
