Every Wednesday, DGTA "Change Agents" meet in PLC's (Professional Learning Committees) to collaborate, analyze data, reflect on practices, implement best practices, and strategize on ways to best support students- academically, socially and emotionally.
These goals guide the work of PLCs at DGTA and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth for educators.
This week we focused on "effect sizes" and identifying which approaches provide us with the best outcome for student learning. We also took the time celebrate our growth as a school by bringing a HOT COCOA station to our PLC's. Our teachers have been working hard and we have received great feedback on the work that is being conducted at DGTA.
