On June 14th DGTA held a Flag Day ceremony commemorating the adoption of the United States flag on June 14, 1777 by resolution of the Second Continental Congress. Our Student Government and 4th Grade Class Mayors led the charge followed by songs of patriotism sang by all! Families and community members joined in the festivities as flags waved from left to right!
