Hillside Public Schools

From June 26th to June 30th, 2024, the JETS (Junior Engineering and Technology Club) at Hillside High School participated in the National TSA (Technology Student Association) Conference in Orlando, Florida. The conference sessions boosted students' critical thinking skills, by engaging them in a design/build challenge, multiple-choice exam, and presentation. The experience strengthened students' confidence in STEM and enhanced teamwork skills! With a focus on solving complex problems together, participants tackled the exciting theme of "Engineering Another World,” looking at problem-solving techniques, time management techniques, and planning strategies.
