Hillside Public Schools' 2nd Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Festival (9/21/2024) was a huge success! Shout out to all of the students, families, and members of the Hillside community who attended the festival at Hurden Looker School to celebrate Hispanic Heritage. Hispanic Heritage Month is recognized yearly from September 15th - October 15th! We had food trucks, painters, bouncy houses, balloon animals, games, music, and more! Thank you, Director of ESL and World Languages, Ms. Evelyn Okparaeke, Principal of Hurden Looker Elementary School, Ms. Alvarez, our staff, and students who volunteered, Superintendent Glover, the Hillside Board of Education members, our parents, families, and students for making this event massively successful and fun for our community!
