"From June 26th-June 30th, 2024 the JETS Club at Hillside High School participated in the National TSA Conference in Orlando, Florida. The conference sessions boosted students' critical thinking skills, by engaging them in a design/build challenge, multiple-choice exam, and presentation. The experience strengthened students' confidence in STEM and enhanced teamwork skills. With a focus on solving complex problems together, participants tackled the exciting theme of "Engineering Another World,” looking at problem-solving techniques, time management, and planning strategies."
